Many of our personal family and friends have been affected by the devastation of Hurricane Katrina. We feel an urgency to help not only our loved ones but those entire communities. Gold for God is organizing a special fundraiser to help.

What can you do to help? Just donate your old, unwanted gold jewelry, coins, etc. to the Hurricane Katrina Relief fundraiser with Gold for God. The gold items can be mangled or in one piece. It doesn’t matter! We will turn that old gold chain into much needed cash for the Hurricane Katrina victims. Check the bottom of your jewelry box and even ask family and friends to donate some. Each tiny or big piece adds up quickly when we all put it together. Just one handful of gold is worth approximately $1,000.00! We are squeezing our expenses down so that 80% of all the proceeds will go directly to the local churches in the affected areas to be used for the immediate needs of the people in those communities. The other 20% will go to cover the expenses of running this type of fundraiser.
